At an altitude of 1,000 m is the great cross-country ski area of Villaceliera. In summer a fantastic walking and cycling area. If you sit at the front, you have a view over almost the entire province of Pescara up to and including the Adriatic Sea. Even if you stay here for a year, you will discover something new every day, to be seen from the terrace. Outdoor living and enjoyment in Civitella Casanova Bungalow The old farmhouse was converted into a very comfortable house of approximately 130 m2. Traditionally built with thick walls, so it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Inside there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms with showers. The spacious living room with open kitchen and fireplace is very comfortably furnished. A beautiful conservatory has been added to the front. A lovely place with lots of light. Here you can sit with some cooler days in spring and autumn, but also in summer with all the windows open you can enjoy a lovely cool breeze. To always have a place in the shade, a great veranda has been built at the back of the house. The house is in excellent condition. Next to the fireplace there is a central heating system with gas central heating boiler. A large gas tank has been buried on the land. The house is hidden between beautiful trees and is accessible via a private driveway. There is a large sun terrace by the pool. It is possible to build a second home on the land. Civitella Casanova and surroundings The pretty village with shops, bars and restaurants is close by. In the vicinity are many nice and good to excellent star restaurants. There is actually no bad restaurant to be found in Abruzzo. A list of recommended restaurants will be waiting for you in the house. Nearby are a sports center with swimming pool and a zoo. If you want to spend a day at the beach, the nearest is a 30 to 35 min drive through beautiful surroundings. Recommended are the sandy beaches of Citta S. Angelo Marina, Silvi Marina and Pineto, surrounded by beautiful pine forests.From Pescara south lies the Trabocchi coast with its beautiful bays and very special fishermen's houses. About an hour and a half drive away you will also find opportunities for children at our aquaparks. National Park The beautiful Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park is just a stone's throw away. A beautiful nature and a unique fauna guarantee a wonderful holiday in nature. At the top of the mountains you will find Campo Imperatore, the famous plateau also called "Little Tibet" by the Italians. There you can enjoy walking, encounter wild horses, sheep and many other animals, enjoy the wild nature, pick flowers and herbs and with lunch you can buy some meat that you can grill yourself on the BBQ that is ready. You will tour on quiet roads through the hills to the coast. Every bend offers a new panorama. The Adriatic Sea is wonderful and clean (blue pennant) for swimming. For lunch you have a nice fish meal. The fish tastes nowhere as good as on the coast. Tourism This holiday home is very suitable to rent out to tourists.
